位置不错，离景点不远，离步行街一溜饭店更近。酒店房间设施一般般，入住的房间卫生间小不论了，不可思议的是房间走到卫生间还有一段弯曲昏暗憋屈的过道（卫生间在隔壁服务员休息室的后面、跟客房不是一间规整的屋子），跟前台要求换房，结果换了更里面一间屋子，得从大厅上楼穿过一栋楼到另外一栋楼，期间楼梯衔接得穿过露天过道，高高低低踏步上的地毯脏脏的还破了，唉～～下次再来换地儿住

房间虽然不是很大，但卫生还可以，服务态度也好，离景区不远，交通吃饭都方便，10点多到店标间还没空出来免费升级豪华房，总之在景区这样的住宿挺满意

雁荡山芙蓉宾馆座落在雁荡山景区内。离灵峰景区很近，依山傍水，环境优美，空气新鲜。交通方便。酒店设施齐全，服务热情，房间卫生干净无异味。自助早餐也不错。还有同程预订很方便，不但优惠还可以用红包！
