有比较大的停车场，酒店的餐厅很好吃，价格也不算贵。房间虽不大，但干净整洁。离三折瀑布和灵峰景区可步行，但距离也有2-3公里。没电梯，有大行李及腿脚不便的要住一樓。早上旅游大巴及门口修路很吵，很早被吵醒。

雁荡出芙蓉！宾馆地理位置绝佳，客房宽敞明亮，舒适宜人，设施设备良好，早餐也不错，房价也实惠，推荐入住！大龙湫赏瀑布，灵岩观飞渡，灵峰拜观音，方洞踏索桥，雁荡山不虚此行！
