地方挨着响岭街，步行几分钟，吃饭非常方便。因为已在网上预付房费，所以没有再付押金，退房也很快，还送了一把扇子，谢谢😜br房间非常整洁卫生，窗户面对雁荡山典型的山景，非常怡人！br不足之处是两天晚上12：00多钟，都有人在过道中大声喊叫，其中第一天晚上从00：30一直吼叫到1：00。

宾馆免费为我们升到了豪华房。宾馆地理位置不错，就在步行街河对面。房间装修是新的，干净整洁。唯一欠缺的的是淋浴房的地漏不行，下水太慢。洗澡容易有水溢出淋浴间。
