刚刚到酒店门口会有服务员非常热情的为你开门拿行李，引入大厅会有防疫小队为我消毒比较到位，进入大厅宽敞豪华，前台服务员很热心，特别是小江BEN非常贴心在此给鼓励和表演，加油(? ??_??)?，。房间窗户对着江非常美，房间大干净整洁。第二天早上的早餐很好吃，美味 。铂尔曼在服务和管理上付出的每一份心血都展现在客户的心里。

江边，视野开风景好，接待人员服务态度热情，房间床比较舒适，浴缸是可以躺下的大浴缸，热水足。比较喜欢铂尔曼浴室有音箱连电视的设计，床头的JBL蓝牙音箱有NFC很方便。欢迎下午茶诚意满满。离店送饮品很贴心

开始以为铂尔曼酒店在永嘉，到了才知道是在温州市区的瓯江边。入住后，感觉太好了，全景房给了我一个惊喜。赶紧要求加住一晚，可是已经没房了。去总台协商，很热情的给我同样价格调整到了续住一晚。
早餐没话说，符合五星标准。下次来温州还会来这里。

酒店位置好，可以隔江遥望温州那一边的景色，服务还是一贯的，品牌效应，住了很多家铂尔曼，这次试了送歺服务，挺好的
