在永嘉玩，找个就近的酒店，晚上入住，早上离开，第一次住雅高旗下，不得不吐槽，酒店的位置应该蛮好的，有江景，艺龙比某海豚便宜50，果断定了，浴缸放出来的水，超级脏，服务总台马上送了个浴缸套过来，这个真的很机智，点赞，花洒漏水滴滴答答，工程部也马上到了，因为本来他们以为是金属管，其实是花洒坏，所以冲出来的水特别小，酒店的卫生状况真的很差，窗户那里都是灰尘，地毯也是垃圾，镜子上有水印子，我在厕所光脚踩到了扎带的头子，痛死了，按理说14的酒店应该蛮新的，但是真不如国内品牌，洗漱品都是17年6月的，因为看到分层了，好奇拿起来看了一下，快捷酒店用的品牌，现在星级酒店不是都没有烟灰缸的吗，这里有，来送东西的服务员大姐，穿着鞋，踩在别人没有用过地巾上，好吧，我从来没遇到过这样的五星级酒店，我大概住了个假的，早餐68元一位价格实在，含餐价便宜多，而且品种蛮多的，各种档头的小男孩都不错，还有觉得最好的还是服务电话的姑娘，太神速了，给原本不爽的心情加了点阳光，最不爽的结账时那个长得贤惠就算了，全程无笑脸，说预授权必须检查完房间再结算，此时过去很久，本人其他集团钻和白金，第一次领教铂尔曼，失望

服务态度不好，效率太低！换个房浪费了一个上午的时间，作为旅游者，时间都浪费在这种事上，作为全国知名品牌酒店，房费都上千元，竟然犯这种低级错误，极度太失望了！
