服务一流，四星级以上的水平，虽然这次住的是副楼，但性价比高啊，四星级酒店的标准，十一时还不到300含自助双早，非常超值了。虽然不在温州市区，但离市区也就隔着一条河，开车或者坐车也都非常近、非常方便。旁边的羊肉面馆也好吃，也算是很有特色。对面有个超市，中型的生活超市，买东西还是挺方便的，不过想买韩料烤肉是没有的。总体来说非常满意。对了，位置在奥康皮鞋对面。
