酒店环境很好。客房服务很贴心，和老公新婚，客房服务马英兰，孙凤花，刘小丽姐姐有很细心，给折的两只天鹅。每天不重样。很喜欢，也给旅途躲了些浪漫。

经常出差住酒店，乌鲁木齐大大小小酒店也住了不少，银都的服务算是最好的，订的是行政大床房，因为乌鲁木齐这两天温度较高，管家小郑特意给安排了阴面房间，一进去就帮我连了无线网，打开了加湿器。房间整体很宽敞，设施设备也特别不错，管家程蕾小美女还给送了一份水果，大堂经理华清很热情，给我介绍了周围一些好玩的地方，说酒店的自助晚餐也特别不错每天用餐的人都很多，晚上准备去吃一下试试😁，很感谢这个服务团队，下次还会再来！

乌市我也住过很多不错的酒店，但银都酒店确实值得推荐。在我订的豪华大床房入住满的情况下立即给我升级到行政楼层，相当不错。管家郑娜美丽大方，态度和蔼可亲，大家都来围观啊。
