酒店环境很好，服务也很让人惊喜，最令人满意的就是管家服务，特别是金管家程蕾，给我送来了水果，主动帮我把行李放在行李架上，方便我拿东西，还提醒了我天气状况介绍了酒店的设施，还有礼宾部张书豪也很贴心，不愧是五星级酒店，下次还会再来

酒店服务很好，环境不错，交通便利，让人最满意的就是管家服务，特别是管家程蕾 ，送来了水果拼盘，还送了矿泉水，提醒天气状况 ，让我们多喝热水，还有张书豪也很好，主动帮我拿行李 很贴心，下次还会来。

老牌酒店服务就是好，服务，卫生，设施都很棒，房间装修很温馨，工作人员都很热情，尤其主管胡晓慧人特别热情，每次来住都给我提前把房间准备好，特别感觉到家的亲切感，而且每次来住都会给我送酸奶和水果，特别好的一个管理人员，值得点个赞 。
