多次入住，非常满意前台张书豪的服务，每次过来都很热情，办理完入住后给我递了一个热腾腾的油馕，心里暖暖的！办完入住就有一个穿红衣服的管家小陈把我送到了房间一路上给我介绍了很多周边的小吃，还帮我打开了加湿器，很贴心，非常满意的服务！

经常出差都是住银都酒店，出门在外，这里的服务很让我暖心，每次来都会受到管家程蕾，郑娜的关照，两位小管家很细心，给我送了水果，还整理了衣服！这次来住不一样的是，办理入住时，大堂经理尚雪娇女士给我倒了一杯热饮奶茶，还给我夹了一个新疆特色的油馕！真的太让人惊喜了！！！

酒店位置好，前台工作人员服务态度也很好，还给我们免费升级了房型。因为带了孩子的原因，酒店客服人员还特意在房间多放了几瓶饮用水，很贴心。
