酒店的服务很好，新装修的，管家服务很贴心 ，管家程蕾刚入住就送来了水果，给我介绍了周边的特色小吃，帮我打开了加湿器，可以说是非常温暖，张书豪也很有礼貌办理入住专业迅速，很不错的五星酒店 点赞

遇到有开会，所以停车是个很麻烦的事。住在银座，转电梯是件令人头疼的事，特别是拿着行李，偶遇一位阿姨，不知道怎么转电梯下去 其他的都还可以

酒店位置很好，整体服务也不错，唯一吐槽一点，能理解管家方面有业绩要求，但找客人要好评实在没必要吧，陈小姐我看了点评都是对你的，我认为好的评价是客人发自肺腑感受之后主动提出的
