很冷，没有暖气，只有空调，不顶事，办理入住，报同程预定，没有反应，要我自己报房型和价格，客人会注意这些信息吗？没办法把同程信息找出来给前台，服务员才打开电脑查询预定信息，入住完都三天才核实了入住信息，这效率。
