宇豪海逸环境不错，服务也不错，唯一缺陷是可以上宽带，但是不能用无线，希望可以改进。

这家店不是垃圾可以形容的，服务员卫生就把被子一叠，枕头烟灰满地都是！地毯跟猪住过一样脏！太脏了这家店，服务员素质可以说在新疆排倒第一

总体上还不错，就是退房的时候很慢，按照行程计划可以赶上返程的，结果退房就费了十几分钟，最后改签走的。

酒店并非艺龙所谓的4星级酒店，充其量只能为3星，尤其是早餐，非常简陋，有点类似普通的商务酒店，而且晚上居然还有按摩小姐打电话，建议艺龙修改评星等级以免误导消费者

乌鲁木齐的酒店整个就是子抢钱，这家酒店客房面积非常小、装修旧、早餐烂，床也很不舒服，周边交通很不方便，性价比非常差，严重不推荐。
