传说中的四星级酒店？？？
房间隔音很差，一大早起来，不到8:00，楼道里服务员清澈的嗓音就把我吵醒了。要知道，那边的8:00相当于这边的6:00啊！
早饭什么样不知道，反正酒店是够旧的，绝对不值500多这个钱

这是一家新酒店，所以出租司机基本上都不认识。酒店的空调非常不给力，其制冷效果一点也不明显。在退房时，还说我损坏了酒店的烟灰缸，经过酒店的一系列认证说是以前就是坏的，但是也让我等了将近一个小时。乌鲁木齐夏天那么热不会推荐这个酒店的。对于艺龙的服务非常不满意，在没有和我说明情况的情况下就把我已经预定好的酒店订单给取消了，直接导致我无法入住已经预定好的酒店，至今没有给我一个合理的说法，让我非常不满意！！！！

酒店还是蛮新的,我住的时候,里面什么消费的设施都没有,连瓶矿泉水都没有.,最后知道是因为接待团队的原因.撤柜了.服务还要改进,整体感觉一般
