入住感觉很差！第一天到酒店的时间比较晚了，酒店前台的服务员搬到了酒店门口的一个小台子上为客户开房。酒店大堂前台前坐满了穿寿衣的人席地而坐拉着横幅，估计是死者家属要求赔偿，但酒店里的员工都不理会，问为什么会这样，都说不知道。因为时间太晚，所以我想凑合一夜算了，但没有想到酒店居然这么差。房间阴冷并且没有空调也没有暖气，强制开裂，房顶大片潮湿的印记，席梦思床垫塌陷严重。这酒店挂五星真不知道是如何评的？第二天死者家属开始在酒店大堂放哀乐，不断有客人在酒店大堂要求退房赔偿，但遭到酒店拒绝。见此状况我赶紧退房换酒店了，住这家酒店简直就是噩梦！

第一次去五台山，酒店位置不错，性价比超高，唯一酒店有楼有点历史，没有电梯。设施也比较陈旧。
