酒店太老了，设施陈旧，早餐完全不像是一个五星级的酒店，牛奶都没有，每次上菜上一点，一会儿就抢光了，简直没得可吃，喝粥连碗都没有，等了好久才有碗，早餐最体现一个酒店的品质，对早餐很失望，感觉也就是一个三星级的标准，无线网时好时坏，酒店位置在景区内最里面，旁边全是酒店，比较安静，距离又见五台山演出剧场开车要半个小时，总体感觉一般。

这个酒店标五星实在是不能理解，硬件实在太差了，不知道什么时候装修的，比快捷酒店都差，真不如到景点后随便找个酒店，早餐也差～唉～

不是很满意，房间显得很破旧，好多地方都坏了，没有及时修复，房门也关不严实，只好用凳子堵着，被子感觉湿湿的，盖着很不舒服，总台的服务态度也不太好，问了问题，爱理不答的。

之前印象很好所以第三次光临，分在一部靠近楼梯的一楼，阴冷潮湿，卫生间台面有发霉的迹象，门打开不大容易很明显发生变型。其实喜欢这里很重要的原因是自助早餐算不错，然而此行早餐的牛奶咖啡均被减去，其他也不大像早晨所需。这次应该是最后一次入住这里，是时候再寻找一家。
