房间不错 装修好，宽敞，热水非常好，值得推荐，特别要赞的是前台戴眼镜小哥，当跟他说有老人睡眠不好，白天太劳累，小哥立马给我们安排了超安静的房间，老人本来长途跋涉累了一天，进了房间立刻心情好起来，早餐很丰富，值得推荐，优其自驾去玩的，有一个大庭院，停车很安全

酒店很大，设施服务人员都很完善，多年的老牌酒店了，每年都来，到了酒店的感觉和到家一样，离景区很近，周边环境幽静，吃的东西很清淡，南方来的客人比较适合

大堂很气派，一进房间立马崩溃，小也就算了，还旧 脏，整个墙壁恶心，卫生间实在小，一个人进去就满了。被子还算暖和，但是有异物味，恶心死了，一晚没睡，还是在携程里面定点的，这么差的房间，怎么会有那些好评，也是无語

设施老旧，卫生差，非常脏，入住的时候马桶竟然是堵塞的，黄金万两，真是令人醉了，洗澡水时有时无，后来打电话去前台投诉后，稍微正常了一些。五台山的酒店，大多比较贵，

前台接待325的房间艺龙卖651，房间小的可以还需要走10分钟，严重鄙视艺龙，以后也不会再用了，看看这个651的房间值不值这个价格吧！五星价格快捷都不如。
