酒店环境没有想象的好，健身房变成了晾衣架，酒店内部设施也比较老旧，早餐也不丰富，房间里有两个门锁是有问题的，应该是很久没有人使用了。整体感觉比较失望！

住过最差的酒店！根本不值这个钱！
房间天花板上全是虫子，蜘蛛，蚊子。半夜一直被咬。腿上被咬红了好几处。

这个酒店总体来说中规中矩，不过房间面积还可以，应该是古镇附近档次最高的酒店了。离荡口古镇一公里左右，走走很近，晚上也很安静，适合闹中取静。古镇五点以后好像不收门票，可以直接进去

这是鹅湖最好的酒店了，因疫情原因，餐厅刚开始营业，菜品比较少，早餐品种也少，价格偏贵了。有公交，但岀租车很少，最好是自驾。

前台服务太差，我在前台站了5分钟仿佛没有见着你，双手抱在胸前，还是我先开口问她能不能办理，她道反问我你要办理入住吗？我不办入住站在前台干嘛！下面的态度可想而知了…………

在荡口步行到古镇也不远。古镇算是高档酒店了，环境优美，设施齐全。就是一个烧开水的专用插座坏了，为什么不更换？搞不懂？
