  房间入住体验非常不错，房间乾净、宽敞、明亮，早餐非常丰富，口味非常好吃??，C前台服务非常好，进出礼貌问候解决问题迅速有效，酒店附近交通也非常方便，客房12楼打扫的大姐非常贴心，知道我感冒了，特意多给了几瓶矿泉水，小小的举动，大大的温馨，下次有机会来还会选这一家!

  My brother's room, there's smelly sewage smell from the bathroom toilet . It happened on the next morning . My room's toilet was stuck next morning eventhough we did not use a lot of toilet paper. The water pressure was low i guess. Toilet couldn't flush down so called the front desk to settle. They came quite fast. Did not change room because only stayed for 1 night . Night desk reception guy was not very friendly though. He did not render help to order food delivery for my family when they requested for help.

  酒店地理位置很好，打车方便，离景区都不远，衞生也很乾净，附近点外卖饮料都很多。下次来无锡还会选择。

  新酒店，环境衞生总体还不错！智能灯光，前台服务也很热忱！这次安排的房间朝北靠马路，所以晚上略吵了一些！

  房间很大很新，这是都挺好的，位置也方便，性价比挺高的。很喜欢健身房，方便锻链。洗衣房也是，这也是定希尔顿的原因之一。早餐种类稍微少了点

  这家酒店给我的第一印象非常好，服务非常到位贴心D。大堂宽敞明亮，功能区很多，装饰精美，每一处细节都彰显着高雅的格调。房间里设施一应俱全G，柔软舒适大床，还有那温馨的灯光，让我一进门就感受到了家的温暖。
