非常好的酒店，房间很大装修的很好，设施很齐全，干净卫生，五星标准。
早餐非常完美，前台服务很好很热情。在这里要感谢一下前台的工作人员，我们离店的时候忘记了一些东西在酒店，
到了下午才想起来然后打电话过去很快就帮找到了， 而且帮我们快递回了家。真的非常感谢她们。

以后到无锡第一选择一定是翠竹苑！！！！
