来无锡住酒店多次，这是住的最满意的一次。
周末过来跑宛山湖马拉松，考虑到这家诺富特离市区和景点都不远，就住在了这里；居住环境自然没得説，一贯的诺富特的标准，又是新装的房间，房间面积也很大，硬件上就非常舒适；更重要的是服务，从入住到离店，非常热情贴心，跑完马拉松回来还给贴心熬了热姜汤，真的有种宾至如归的感觉，下次再来无锡，诺富特肯定还是首选。

推荐！无锡诺富特真的算是当地性价比超高的宝藏酒店！从服务到设施等，都是高水准～房间里的浴袍床品等都很舒适，衞生也很好。前台还会主动提供实际的旅游以及美食攻略，非常贴心！下次来无锡还会选择入住该酒店。

Friendly staff, affordable room and good breakfast. Flew an overnight flight from Singapore to Wuxi, reached Wuxi at 9am exhausted and the hotel staff allowed me to check in earlier and check out late as my outbound flight is late at night. Even got a free gift upon checking out from friendly staff

Breakfast is good. Room is spacious. Walking distance to MRT (10 mins) walk but not a problem for us. Staff is friendly. Free laundry service with dryer is convenient. Overall is a good experience.
