这次出差因为高铁时间比较晚，在高铁站旁的亚朵大厅休息。前台服务人员很暖心的送了杯茶过来，这一举动打动了我。
刚好时间也晚了，行程不太着急，APP看了下还有空房间。就退了高铁票，并定了一间房。
去前台办理入住时，因为空房较多，还主动对房间进行了升级。
入住过程中，发现了亚朵很多人性化的巧思
2??-4??丰富的mini吧，并配备不同的杯具。茶包、挂耳及茶饮料
5??清晰的服务指引。深夜粥道、吕蒙路早，洗衣房及健身房等
6??洗手池旁配有抽纸及垃圾盒，擦手扔纸巾非常方便
7??电视首页右下角有洗衣机和乾衣机的空闲状态
8??房门上方贴有电梯方向指引，便於知道电梯在哪边
9??-1??3??不同设计字体的“ATOUR”，亚朵名称的由来

房间乾净整洁，服务周到这次入住亚朵酒店的体验太棒了！特别要表扬前台工作人员碓冰，从办理入住开始就感受到了他专业和热情的服务。他笑容亲切，耐心解答我的问题，还主动介绍了酒店的设施和周边美食，让我这个初来乍到的人瞬间感到了温暖。因为有他，这次入住有了一个完美的开始！给碓冰点赞，给亚朵点赞！

环境：离几个商场都挺近的，叫外卖方便，闹中取静。房间很大，还有城市夜景，住着很舒服
衞生：衞生也挺好的，没发现什麽问题
服务：前台很热情，住的时候送了欢迎水果和两瓶热的矿泉水，走的时候送了两个冰箱贴
早餐；品种有点少

房间总体还算满意，但够不上四星酒店的标准，空调居然是中央空调，而且我也不知道是我这个房间有问题还是是所有的房间都这样，特别闷，空调不出风，前两天比较热在房间里差点窒息，开了窗也不通风，但环境还是不错的总体比较好

房间乾净衞生，前台服务热情，还有伴手礼，小孩子开心的不得了。餐厅的服务更加好，因为早起小孩子不愿意下去吃早餐，直接打包到餐厅。菜品丰盛，不愧为我一直喜欢的亚朵

我们是凌晨的飞机，距离机场15分钟车程，门口还有旺庄地铁，方便进出，酒店在工业园区附近，比较安静。楼下就有小鹿咖啡。十一黄金周住了几天，服务都超好的。随时有矿泉水，每天还有欢迎水果，最近据説无锡的橘子上市了，很甜。

强烈推荐这家无锡酒店！高楼层的房间太惊喜了，整面落地窗将城市风光尽收眼底，白天夜晚景致都很棒。衞生更是无可挑剔，床品洁白无异味，衞生间一尘不染，细节处见用心。服务员态度全程热情，入住还送了新鲜果盘，贴心又暖心。住得舒心又惬意，下次来无锡还选这儿！
