入住第三天，下午致电服务台打扫房间，因小朋友弄脏了被套，所以要求更换，打扫阿姨一脸不情愿。打扫房间一如既往的差，敷衍。入住第三天了，仍旧地板不打扫的，连卫生间补充物品都不放就走了。走之前要求阿姨另外送一床小朋友的替换被子，阿姨说让我等四点半后，后面的班人上班了找他们去弄……我们又提出卫生间东西没补充，拖鞋也需要换了，可是人家理也不理。我们随后也就出门了，以为回来后会帮我们弄好，可是在晚上我们回房后，太失望了，致电前台投诉，好像人家不觉得有什么。又致电携程投诉，携程出面后，酒店方致电我们并油其他阿姨来清理地板补充物品。但是到了晚上睡觉时，因酒店床品都是白色，我以为床上有个黑色的大概是什么小朋友弄脏了，想拍干净，但是等手伸上去时发现是个小蜘蛛……没错，是小蜘蛛。太吓人了，这要是睡着了不知道爬到身上，或者爬到小朋友身上，谁知道会不会咬人啊。可见这里的客房打扫是多么的一塌糊涂，客人在旁边都能如此打扫，如果没人时候呢！有蜘蛛说明房间卫生差，这还是在五星级档次里的酒店，携程你还是把这家酒店归类去低一层次里吧
