酒店十分干净卫生，设施齐全而且很新，酒店布置的舒适豪华，前台服务态度很好，电话咨询回答到位热情，很好的一次入住体验，下次有机会来无锡还会选择入住。

酒店设计的很时尚，酒店设施也非常好用，房间整洁宽敞明亮。 但是，423这个房间靠马路边，酒店附近全都是工地，晚上11点多还有卡车在工作，震得睡不着。路边行人的聊天内容都能听见，楼下停车场的关门声也是很频繁。早上6点陆续开始有工程车来，7点打孔机开始工作了。没办法，只能起床吃早饭退房走人了。 整体感觉就是，睡在大马路上的感觉，酒店设计的再好，睡得不安稳，就算住在皇宫又有什么用呢。 明明酒店没有太多人入住，外边施工也不是一天两天了，安排在里边的房间，这点都想不到。 舟车劳顿来旅游，晚上睡觉也睡不踏实。裂开了。

听说这是无锡新开的酒店，特地过来体验了一次。从进入酒店到走进房间，全程感觉高大尚。房间是本人喜欢的简约风，有可能是新酒店的原因，还是有一丝味道，但不影响～酒店的洗浴产品查了百度才知道是澳洲高端有机品牌，再次刷新了我对这个酒店的认知！
