服务态度特别热情，房间卫生也很干净，停车免费，停车位多很方便，距离景区很近，周边距离学校近，环境也很好，去太湖鼋头渚，梅园都很方便，酒店设施齐全，空调温度很暖和，房间服务员打扫也很积极，早餐还不错，整体来说非常满意！

🚗 交通：对面就是公交站 离太湖学院比较近
🍃环境：环境如图 大厅是这样的 装修得挺好的 里面淋雨出热水很快 夜宵送了小馄饨 会送耳塞 床头可以无线充电
🔔服务：回来的时候天冷了前台经理还送了一瓶热水暖手 挺好的

很满意的一次出行，最满意的酒店之一，服务好卫生干净，早餐耐思，宝宝很喜欢他家的小机器人服务员，于是工作人员每次见到我们就会安排小机器人为我们服务，比如引导孩子回房间，让小机器人送儿童牙刷，拖鞋，水和小玩具去房间很贴心也很大方，我急着给他家好评还跟另外一家店的订单弄混淆了……
