真心不错的酒店，一到大堂就有红枣茶和热毛巾。服务非常到位，态度热情，直接刷房费不收押金。3点退房，还免费赠送上下午茶。房间因为预定系统问题，我想订的房型没有了，免费升级了影院房。房间设施很好，洗手液，洗衣液，洁面乳，护手霜都不是一次性小包装，都是大宝，妮维雅蓝月亮之类的。还特别准备了小礼物。非常好的入住体验！下次来无锡还会住。

酒店整个过程都不错，但是发票出了点问题，没有盖发票章，前后联系客服三次，第一次说要核实下，然后没有音信了，第二次说要给开票，我寄出来后，通知客服即可，然后加了微信，然后就没然后了，第三次态度正常，我希望效率高一点，真的很耽误时间，谢谢。
