客服涛涛热情有礼，给我们端茶递水，推荐好玩的好吃的，而且推荐都不错哦。前台雯雯服务也很棒，办理入住娴熟认真，速度快，还给我们赠送了三楼餐厅的茶券，本来以为不值什么，结果有专业的人泡茶，体验了一把茶文化，很开心，下次还要来~

酒店有免费停车场。酒店前台汪彩虹经理非常积极热情。主动询问需要的房间朝向和吸烟与否。 并热情帮忙调试房间的投影电视，晚上看了手机里面的几部一直难得有时间看的大片。 酒店前台有免费的水果和酸梅汤。 一切都非常理想和舒适。难得找到这种好心情的酒店。推荐大家来无锡的首选。

酒店在人民医院后门，办事非常方便。有免费停车场。 酒店前台汪彩虹小姐很热情，看着带孩子，送了孩子几个小礼物，孩子非常开心，意外的惊喜。 房间床品很舒适。 汪小姐办理入住很快，并亲自送饮料到房间。非常感谢。 推荐大家入住，宾至如归的感觉。
