早餐品种一如既往的多，早餐在21楼西餐厅，城市观景很棒，煎鸡蛋的小哥很帅，餐厅服务员配备也齐全，收桌子麻利迅速，菜品整理补充也很及时；停车场地面地下都很充足，交通位置也很方便，老牌的四星级酒店了，客房服务不错，有任何需求响应很及时解决也很到位，设备设施干净整洁，就是时间偏久，如果装修一下，绝对还能加分，总的来说，梨庄大酒店很棒，软硬件绝对对得住四星级别，值得推荐

酒店不错，环境可以，地理位置也不错。出门不远处有一条街都是吃饭地方。下次来无锡旅行还是会考虑住华美达。

至今脖子和脸还奇痒无比，脖子痒是最厉害的。床单上还有污渍，电视机有儿童锁，不能开声音，房屋的家具很陈旧，相当陈旧破败。毛巾破的还不如我们家抹布新呢。相当让我后悔极了的一家酒店。价格死贵，338一晚，太坑爹了。真心不建议入住这家酒店
