酒店位置不错！设施有点老旧，床太硬，早餐样少，豆浆颜色像那么回事，喝起来像白开水，前台服务跟物业服务差不多！外卖不给送也不让放前台，非要外卖等在大厅外，对比一下服务！真low!

位置真的很好，火车站坐地铁一站路就到了，离崇安寺商业街步行也就10分钟路程，吃饭购物很方便。不过设施就比较老旧了，透露出一股浓浓的90年代气息，而且设计不合理，书桌这里没有插座，不适合商务客人办公用。早餐比较一般，服务态度也有点懒散，登记入住时候那一位男服务员还一心关注自己的外卖是否到了……

无锡红豆柏雅居酒店公寓棒极了，设有大堂，办理入住服务素质很高，规范而且有礼貌，办理业务速度快，楼层很高，在室内观看外面景观漂亮极了，房间设施优良高档，卫生条件非常好，每天一打扫，非常干净，地理位置极佳，位于商业中心，有多个大型购物广场，购物餐饮非常方便，近邻地铁站和公交站，出游非常便捷，各方面都令人满意，点赞！
