前台姓陆的服务员态度超级差，哪怕我不对没带身份证件，那你可以在我说要退定单前告知可去派出所办理住宿证明，已经晚上11点多了，不让进房间不告知处理方法，就想着为难客人，那没有身份证住不了，那我们只能退定单，还被告知不给退，请问客人生气不应该吗？客人说一句姓陆的服务员回一句，让他们的经理出来解决问题，还派个客房阿姨来应付，真的很生气，你们有这种服务员真的是你们酒店的不幸，我们最后只能损失几百块钱房费，发言人，再去另外找了家酒店，本来预定了两天，最后损失一天房费，退了一天，我们损失的钱财而已，但是你们酒店损失的是你们酒店的服务信誉，服务性行业应该有一颗感恩的帮助客人解决问题的心，但是你们呢？？？？

周边饮食不方便，要打车或走两公里才有店铺或商场。酒店电视居然没有直播，这点比较惊讶。十五楼楼道有些味道。其余还行
