服务态度差，退房是说我毛巾忘记了，问我要不要，我说要，我就等，等了几分钟，前台服务员问我你要你自己上去拿呀！我去了，十楼一个人没有，喊服务员喊十几遍也没有，我下来跟他们说没人，那个男的穿白衬衫的又说我的错，不打电话，说楼道里有电话的，你告知过顾客楼道有电话吗？一块毛巾而已我不要了，被使唤来使唤去这口气我不高兴忍，以后再也不来了
