无锡国际饭店，2018年新装修，设备和室内用具都比较新，干净整洁，清洁卫生。服务也非常好，能及时解答顾客所提出的各项要求。位置离无锡站很近，去各个景点交通都很方便。值得推荐。

环境优美，地理位置好，紧挨着西湖周围商场有好几个，步行西湖乘船处10分钟。交通方便，房间舒适卫生，服务人员很热情，乐于提供各种帮助，早餐丰富。设施很人性化，网络高速信号好，窗外风景好。房间小摆件的设计也很有特色。性价比不错，已经多次入住了，下次还要入住。

设施陈旧，房间有霉味，被褥发潮严重，和总台沟通告知南方城市就这样（前一晚住在无锡的汉庭，价格低一半，也没有霉味和发潮的情况)，不能调换，只是又给了一床被子，依然发潮严重无法盖，不是预付了房费，就马上退房了。
