这是我在艺龙订的性价比最差的酒店。外面看像个上点档次的酒店，一入住才发现问题多多：一是门囗保安不在岗，车辆到达无人调度指挥；二是楼层服务差，电话通知加穿一次性拖鞋，一直不送，一个半小时后电话不接，通知总台才不情愿送来；三是设施陈旧，鞋垫软丶地毯脏丶空调躁音大丶床头柜后面裸露积尘多；四是卫生间配置不认真，放了二小瓶洗发水丶护发露，没有沐浴液。唯一满意的是健身房男服务员，尽管设施有点跟不上发展，但工作还是认真负责！总以为设施陈旧，服务应该不错，但从总体感觉，管理问题很大，服务意识、标准差

网络订房，顶了一个带窗户的，结果给开一个没有窗户的房间。电话跟前台交涉，最后给换一个靠边的小窗户房间，这样不诚信服务印象极差！
