宾馆外部环境很好，客房不多但是服务很好，这次不小心摔坏了一个杯盖体验到他们的贴心，本来想自己不小心摔坏的赔钱也是理所当然'，结果服务员先关心有没有受伤，还说杯盖不值钱，人没事就好不用赔钱，出门在外感觉特别温暖。早餐是送餐服务，量足，停车也是妥妥的。

服务周到，早餐量足，位置在马山靠近太湖不在市中心，比较幽静，停车方便，有两块地方可以停，服务员貌似都是本地人，还是比较亲切的。

酒店档次很高，工作人员很热情，感触最深的是门卫那标准的敬礼，房间很干净没异味，一家三口住不错，离嬉戏谷15分钟车城很近，早饭很给力，直接送到房间里，五星级的酒店都很少能做到这样，早餐丰富且量足，绝对够吃。值得推荐的酒店，下次来还住这家，全五分
