前台服务很好 周六早上 十一点多到酒店可以入住
房间的设备比较老款了 不过面对湖景感觉是很好 建议住面对海景右手边的房间 要不摩天轮会被挡到
早餐是自助餐 蒸的 包子面包 水果 蔬菜两种 面包现煮 现场煎蛋
酒店旁边是宝界公园 可以去散步
打的去鼋头渚大概十分钟

周边环境非常好，旁边就是宝界公园，步行到鼋头渚风景区也不算远，酒店后面就是蠡湖，花园里樱花盛开，房间有阳台，可以看到蠡湖和远处的摩天轮，除了设施比较老，房间还算干净舒适，早餐离五星酒店还是差些档次的，不过还算可口。服务很热情，我们去checkin的时候正赶上一个老年旅游团在陆陆续续的办理，我想这要等到什么时候啊，还好前台经理很热心的帮我们插了个空，感谢??

交通很方便，住宿环境很好，设施很新，住的很舒适，很体面。湖边空气超级好，离景点也近。打车很容易。用滴滴，随叫随到。超级快。

酒店在太湖的边上。湖景很不错。新春初四到无锡，碰上下大雪，酒店竟然开了暖气，喜出望外，房间里面暖和的像春天，穿一件衣服就可以，外面则冻成狗了，非常赞！其他酒店必备的都可以接受，特别值得一提的是，酒店餐厅在湖边，边吃边看湖景，一绝。酒店的菜也不错。反正不嫌贵的，可以试试，我推荐给你试试！
