客栈在景区内，住客栈需另行购买景区门票，等于住宿费每间上涨二百四。建议住别处去游览景区较合适，毕竟客栈的设施较简陋，价格也不便宜。如家庭出行扶老携幼，则入住客栈于行程上还是能够省心些的。服务态度总体尚可，跟真正的星级酒店还是有差距的。

客栈在园区内，有接驳车免费接送两趟，服务人员态度都很好，晚上到的，驾驶员告诉我们目前看几点的表演比较合适来得及，客栈管家带到房间后也会详细讲解，房间很大很漂亮干净，退房的时候可以请管家寄存行李到大门口去取，自己就能逛到出景区
