我们入住百尺竿客栈，地理位置非常好，订了两间，一间正对拈花塔，管家服务和早餐服务都非常棒，美中不足在于另一间淋浴房橡胶条不见了，沐浴后整个卫生间水漫金山。

我对同程和酒店的态度实在是无语，因为定错日期，立即打电话就说要修改，结果同程就是不给处理，各种推诿，不处理，说不能改，不能退，还说这是我个人问题，酒店也是各种推诿，互相推诿，说好了可以退，结果还是一样，说找网站，因为这样白白损失1000多块钱，后来没办法只能多花1700又定了一晚，以前对同程印象挺好，现在完全就不想用同程。虽然我知道投诉没用，但是我还是想说，我也知道同程高管也不会处理，同程明确表示打电话投诉也没用，我们都是打工赚钱的，订房都会有失误，如果过了10分钟，我都没话说，当发现定错，立即打电话，这也不能退，这就是强盗，强买强卖。
