服务简直差劲到无法想象！ 1.给我安排一间未打扫房间，耽误我时间。这是小事情 2.我刚刚脱完衣服，房门被人用房卡打开了..
还好我是男的，我也不是很介意，只是担心安全问题！所以电话前台反应！结果呢，前台完全没有反馈，过了四个小时我下去前台询问！第一没有表示歉意，旁边的值班领导甚至都没有上前询问，然后也就没有下文了！
只是叙说客观经过，至于主观评价我就不做了！ 第一次碰到.... 错误不是大问题，谁都有失误，但是处理方式真的让人无语....
