酒店是老酒店了，前台餐厅都不错，但客房服务跟不大上，由于连住，第二天没有补充拖鞋和餐巾纸，就问客房服务要了，来了个阿姨，虽然给了，但被教育了一顿，说是没坏不给补充，还给了一记白眼，如果真的这么“环保”，床单的卫生就值得深思了

环境不错靠近太湖，办理入驻很快，网上全额支付但到店还要付了押金，房间干净整洁，每天会送水果，出行较为方便。

过年来无锡游玩选了他家住宿，位置略偏离开太湖景区很近离开市区远周边没什么店最近的是欧尚超市，吃饭附近有西新饭店开车5.6分钟，房间还是挺大，设施略陈旧老的4星了，隔音一般，床不算特别软睡起来还可以，总的还是挺干净，每天有水果送，早餐一般品种不是特别丰富，不过吃饱没问题，健身房东西太少了，乒乓球室锁着没开，停车场挺大车位超多完全不用担心车位问题，适合自驾游，总体感觉还不错，满意。
