本人经常出差，都住5星特殊区域宁愿远点！这次去无锡准备买房，开发商开盘就定在那里，所以就住在这个酒店！说实话这个5星酒店是我住过最差的5星级！比正常的4星级还要差！简单说几点第一房间味道很大很大，特别难闻！酒店可能生意不好，也不通风！第二房间的卫生很差，座椅上面的木头都有白色的像发霉！桌上还有头发！床头柜后面还有使用后面巾纸！床单上面有明显的斑痕！让阿姨给我换了！第三！这个淋浴房，水很烫没法洗澡！放冷了就喷不出来！第四，早餐除了餐具不说也就是快捷酒店好点的标准吧！从我吃到吃过！那个煮面的厨师一直打电话！br本人很少写评价！之前我的房间看到客户写了评价，原封不动放在那里！希望酒店迅速整理！改变也祝你们生意兴隆！
