前台太差，电话确认家庭套房为一个1.8米的大床和2个1.2小床才定的，还定了一间标间。结果过去，前台安排两间房不在同一个楼里，反复咨询能不能在一个楼，被告知这个楼没有家庭套房，去了安排的家庭套房，竟然是3个1.2的小床，再次返回，领班安排了同一个楼的家庭套房，另个标间安排的是朝北的房间也不计较了，只想说前台太差！明明有房间，明明可以安排在同一个楼里，却故意刁难！
