在我住过的几百家酒店里，这一家的入住体验绝对算得上是最糟糕的！
第一：酒店管理混乱；
入住期间发生了一件极为匪夷所思的事情。在下半夜被疯狂的砸门声惊醒，原来是不三不四的女性上门招揽生意。拜托，太扯了吧。经过交涉，原来是她搞错房间号了，非常执着的敲我的房门。客观地说，你们怎么乱搞，我管不了。但是，请别骚扰到我好吧。换谁半夜三更被这事闹醒心情都不会太好，酒店的访客管理是不是太混乱了？还是说这种情况根本就是在酒店默许的情况下进行的？
第二：服务意识极差；
从前台到打扫卫生的工作人员，清一色一张臭脸，从来看不到笑容的，能看到的只有冷漠和不耐烦。还是那件事，我早上打电话去前台投诉，请他们查监控；一个小时后，我去前台询问结果，前台告诉我，领导10点以后才上班，要中午12点才有结果。我晚上回来，再询问前台处理结果，前台说还没来得及和领导汇报，等她先打一个电话。我就呵呵了，一整天过去了，是没时间处理还是不想处理还是压根就是监守自盗？电话打完告诉我，他们酒店绝对没有这种事情，这事和他们酒店绝对没有关系。拜托，你还没看监控吧，再说了，这么着急撇清关系是为了什么？难道有什么不可告人的秘密？（500字，写不完
