酒店大堂可以四星，我们住三号楼，三星标准房间，房间较小，卫生间较小，春节期间又加之我们人多，5个家庭15人想在酒店用餐，服务人员告诉我们因为春节期间每道菜加多10元，进包房需要消费1200以上，我们说可以的，点完餐发现每道菜都加多20元，甚至有的菜都翻翻，我们说不是加多10元吗？服务员直接变脸说春假期间就这样，爱吃不吃，直接对酒店没有好感了！
