说好的接高铁，平台和酒店互相推诿，预先付了全款却无法得到必要的服务，订的双床房含双早，因为朋友凌晨来却只能一张早餐券，连酒店大堂卖的景区门票也掺假，搜索高级酒店出来的泓林酒店最多三星级

WiFi 不是太好，作为五星级酒店来说有点不应该，另外，刚够1米2的小朋友就要收38元早餐，其他酒店在这个身高一般都基本都送早餐

酒店真是太赞了，尤其是周末的自助餐，简直太赞了，各种设施都非常新，非常超值的入住，卫生干净，总之就是舒服，以后来还会选择，也会推荐朋友来的。

酒店价格变化大，在elong刚付过款，价格就大降100多元，与elong沟通无果，有点影响心情。酒店设施简单，房间较小，且比较潮。周边餐饮不多，就选择了在酒店餐厅就餐。服务还好。
