怎么说呢，酒店还可以，但是过去入住竟然没有查询到订单，虽然艺龙的客服态度尚好，但是解决问题有点慢，等了一个半小时，打了6.7个电话，再加上下午宝宝要睡觉吵闹，当时确实有点火大。虽然最后问题解决了，但是对艺龙的形象也有打折，希望以后不要再发生类似事件，也希望艺龙能越做越好

酒店真不错，环境好又干净，早餐丰富，晚上酒店夜景也漂亮，唯一就是这次是节假日过去住，价格翻了一倍，要是平时价格去住，那就完美了

可能山区比较潮湿，感觉房间有霉味，餐饮环境服务都不错，小朋友很喜欢餐厅的游乐场，不肯走，酒店有大院子，也很适合小朋友玩！下次来还会选择住的！
