入住酒店2013房，当天晚上入住发现卫生间地漏堵塞积水；因当时时间较晚，让客房服务员明天在上班时间再处理。7：45分，客房服务员敲门问是不是退房，***，当时我立马泪喷（通过携程预订都付了二个晚上房费了，怎么就问是不是退房呢？郁闷）；中午超不多12点回到房间，结果发现昨晚交待的事情还没有处理，（经了解如果房间不挂打扫字样牌牌，服务员就不会主动打扫间）........
由于房费已经付完，杂费前台在入住时只刷了500元杂费预授权，在即将离店前在酒店三楼吃饭挂账，超了5元钱，前台告知不能挂账，我跟餐饮部经理说，要不上房刷卡吧（因当时只拿了房卡用餐），餐饮部经理说：要不你留下一个人吧；我听了有点想生气，告诉她说：我自己给前台打电话吧，然后前台经理答应可以挂账了。我就想说：能不能人性化点呀住了梧州目前最好的酒店，难不成客人会为了5元跑单吗？
客房的枕头不舒服，一个方形枕头（太硬），一个长形枕头（太软），早上起来就跟没垫枕头睡觉似的，睡的脖子疼。
如果梧州以后有很好的酒店，国龙不会作为我的首选。

硬件设施非常好，位置也不错。有高铁大巴经过宾馆，出行也方便。餐厅用餐可选择性较少，退房用的时间过久。另外，感觉宾馆出出进进的不良女很多。

环境很好，但床太软，睡的不舒服。另：不知道是否因为春节的缘故，连帮叫出租都不管，不像个5星级的酒店，希望改进！

酒店很容易找，服务员见到任何客人都会微笑主动打招呼，酒店设施方面环境、卫生都很好。下次来还是会住这里的。
