酒店环境不错，门口有围挡导致地上停车不便。隔壁市政在施工挖断了供水管，导致房间内的水是黄色浑浊的，且水温不热。
酒店前台的服务态度和语气生硬刻板，耐心程度不够，需提高员工素质。早餐厅的工作人员明显热情友好很多，值得前台学习。
离城区内较远，但环境不错，安静。价格不高，值得推荐。

怎么说呢，整体感觉太一般了，虽然离市区比较远，离绕城高速比较近，看了评分高才选择的，没想到有点失望，说是2017年开业，但整体设施感觉至少10年以上了，有明显陈旧的味道，房间内除了有个浴缸，其余配套和快捷没有什么区别，根本没有达到5星标准，（可能是两天住了两家5星，心理差距有点大）我们带了孩子，因为没有双床，我们订了大床，问了加床的话还需要加168元，😒️再说服务，没有感觉到服务人员有多亲切，前台人员没有什么表情。早餐还行，该有的都有。退房时说要等查房才能退押金，被问要等多久，说不知道🙄️，催了3次，终于好了，退了押金离开……
总体感觉3分，以上只是个人观点，仅供参考，谨慎选择
