酒店大堂敞亮，房间宽敞，早餐服务员热情周到有活力；入住当天前台非常冷淡，办好房卡付好钱其他一句都没提，比如早餐厅在几楼，早餐是几点到几点，凭什么吃，酒店的健身房泳池这一类设施情况，wifi情况诸如此类，什么都需要我自己去一遍一遍地问，另外我和朋友结伴出行，以防万一都会习惯性要求多做一张房卡，当我向前台提出：麻烦帮我多做张房卡，我想…话还没说完就被前台打断，他直接说你房间里有取电卡，如果这是作为一个以四五星标准的酒店服务水平来说，确实差了不止一点吧！房间内干净倒是很好，但最让人无语的是我从入住第一天写了便条希望客房服务能给我几根棉签，结果第一二天都没有给我，我以为是这个酒店环保为主没有护理包之类的，没想到到了第三天，一回房间，护理包放在洗手台，沐浴露洗发水更换成新的了（之前入住第一天酒店提供的就是用了一半的）并且提供了护发素，因为我是自带洗漱用品的人所以并未过多关注，我朋友是用酒店用品的，一眼就发现了。虽说国庆期间这个房间也就五百多一晚算是普通了的，但就这样的前台服务就够让人无法体验到宾至如归的关怀，因为我也是服务行业的，所以可能龟毛了一点，望改进。

酒店位高新区，停车方便、车位充足！酒店硬件不错，其实就是陕西宾馆的一部分，酒店门口一条街都在维护什么的，导致出行有点不便。

酒店整体环境好，住房也好，带着家人出来游玩，住了两天，整体感觉非常棒，下次去西安还会选择入住，酒店的用餐也很好👍
