酒店服务确实不错，比很多五星级酒店都强。住店客人都有下午茶，对于不习惯西安美食的南方人来说很贴心。特别是年三十晚上酒店给客人准备的包饺子活动，孩子非常喜欢，在外感受浓浓的年味，特别赞👍🏻。

总体来说很好，地处回民街鼓楼，楼下就是网红醉长安。服务很不错，唯一缺点就是订的双床房窗户实在太小，和没有窗一样，所以通风不是很好。2019年开始送机不免费了，30元一个人，小孩子同样收费。

非常完美的入住体验，下次还会选择！首先地理位置很好，去哪里都方便。其次服务真是太棒了！！每个人都有服务意识，办理入住，帮拿行李，入手热毛巾，给孩子们水果，矿泉水免费送，免费下午茶一直开放到夜里，提供的热粥茶水都是很好的，就一切都很好！！对于带孩子出行家庭是非常好的选择，性价比很高！！！房间干净整洁，保洁员还把宝爸的袜子洗掉了，送了一双新的！这服务我真的很满意，都有点过意不去了。希望更多的旅客选择这里！！！

住了一晚 酒店每个员工都非常有礼貌 进出都会打招呼 房间不算大 但是挺干净 有欢迎水果和免费接送机 入住后遇到一件意外的事情 酒店很重视 派专人负责处理 我感觉还是挺超出想象的 我想要的就是态度 下次还会选择他们的酒店去住

全国入住的酒店中感觉最贴心的一家酒店，接送机服务，免费的下午茶到晚12点，种类超全，客服经理惠才勇热情周到，客房服务员谢彦玲关怀倍至，超暖心，以后还选美豪
