在西安住了两处的美豪丽致，体验都很好，环境优雅，床很舒服，认床的人出门竟然没有失眠！尤其是鼓楼店，整体服务都非常热情，点名表扬张强小哥，进出酒店都笑脸相迎，用心解答疑惑，主动提出帮忙，相当赞！

这个价格只因在鼓楼附近，其他没有任何优势。订了两天，实在住的窝火，提前退订一天。一般情况下，旅行过程中不是特别的不愉快不会这么折腾。酒店管理很一般，其中一个胖主管，在客人已经不满意的情况下，一边检查酒店设施一边跟客人说话，作为服务行业没有基本的服务意识和对人尊重的态度，虽然事后说是来道歉了，但是，十分不明白，这样的人怎么走上管理岗位，连前台的普通工作人员都不如。
