只适合游玩的人来住，不推荐出差人士入住，不推荐出差人士入住，不推荐出差人士入住！重要的事说三遍。这个酒店点头哈腰做的真到位，但是关键的效率和人员工作能力堪忧，发票发票开不明白，水单水单也打不明白，交了2晚房费非说住了三晚开3晚的水单，你自己酒店赚了几天房钱都不知道吗？还逼你当着面给5星好评。就是没有标准的安静的高效的服务，虽然不冷漠了，但是热情也没用到关键地方，一会有人敲门给你送啥一会有人敲门告诉你什么什么，对出差的人来说，真的好烦。还有，洗衣服务不行，俩洗衣机一个烘干机使用得抢，没有其他洗衣服务

这下酒店服务真的是我去过最远的一家，一楼的下午茶喝供应水果、饮料、粥类、银耳汤、点心，外出游玩回来吃点真舒服！隔壁醉长安，方便！

酒店在西安位置也不错、硬件配置满齐、全店服务非常满意、很礼貌“您好、欢迎回家……）到处都可听到，有种宾至如归的感觉、特别是客户经理刘贝贝当得知我家孩子生日第一时间帮房间布置成生日party场景，很是感动，（只是网络电视卡重播）愿美豪丽致的人健康快乐！
